There has been MANY threads about this over the years.. Some say the way it is in the picture is correct due to the sticker, while others say turning it the other way up is correct because it then cups the turrets.

It's up to you really. I personally believe that turning it 'upside down' so it cups the turrets is the way it shoud be. But some people have said it doesn't fit - probably due to their body being twisted, so they put it on the other way and it works.

if it bolts to the turret, then its fitted correctly, it wont make a difference which way round it is imo

It could do because of the potential stresses and straines of the way it bends, however, i doubt you would ever even notice it!!

i saw this at yorkshire ford meet at squires, looks good, god ive seen worse ,

mate at the end of the day its your car, your choice what you do to it. if you love it then do it, things ive done to my cars arnt every bodies taste but neither is marmite lol

Bloody hell when I saw the other threads I thought it was going to be a shed!!!

Looks a nice little motor !!!

Me personally would loose the bonnet vents, fuel flap sticker and down size the egg sauce and your on to a winner !!!

But each to their own... If we all liked the same thing the world would be boring ;)

Loose the cone air filter too you don't need it
