omg reshell would be so much easier unless you got the facilitys to do welding yourself.

had a guy doing some work on the car and madfe a pigs ear of it so got it to a new bunch of guys who are def the real deal

heres the work the other guy did









so heres the work geting done in the new yard











so no reshel .....shes guna be an original even if it has had heavy welding lol

Not quite mate, thats called "Ford Dedication" in my book. I did post about this of PF and hats off to you dude, I would have (like some others) thrown in the towel when I see all that rot and rust but so far your determined to get it back on the road.

ok car is back now,will get some pics when theres some daylight

had a quick look inside and i have found that the first welder had done some plates inside so small apologie for that but..................you put a plate over the bloody chasie numbers

so ppl what can i do about the chassie numbers as i dont want the next owner thinking its a dodgy motor lol

wouldnt worry about it mate, no offence intended here, but for the amount fo welding its had, im not surprised the number has been covered.

theres plenty fiestas about where the floors rotted and the number has been lost, its the case here, simple as that, the next owner will have to be told it needed a patch put in as it had rusted

small update

payday has come and gone lol but got my filler 3.5 lt of upol for 15 quid
gone up in price but owell

problem is getting dark and cold to quick at night so im lucky if i get an hour after work

will get pics asap

heres the other day




ive put a layer of filler over the driverside arch last night so will get a pic when i get home
