Well, its still from the crash I had last year, has been better recently but yesterday when I was cleaning my car it went on me.

Got a sharp pain in my lower back. Was cleaning the last wheel, and nearly screamed with pain. Couldnt get up so I carried on cleaning the wheel in major pain :lol:

mate it's never worth it to overdo yourself at work :( my old boss from when i worked in a warehouse said "if you cant lift it, have a fag then get someone to help you, if not have a fag and then use a forklift, and then if not just have a fag" :lol: he was a wicked boss :lol: :lol:
