How do I post pics in to a forum?

I am trying to transfer some pics some pics form disk to a post in the cars for sale forum. How the bloody hell do i do it?

Click the "Upload Image" button in the top righthand corner of your screen.

Follow the instructions and upload your image.

then Click on "View Gallery"

Copy and Paste the image Code into a post.

voila.
