how do i reset my ecu?

is there a way i can reset my ecu completely on my 1.8 zetec 92 2i??????

Im pretty sure you can reset it by just un plugging it and plugging it back in after 30 seconds

To reset the ECU on my Si I had to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes.
2.0 Zetec Fiesta Si. Nice.
