how do i resize photobucket images?...help

as above, how do i resize my picture that i have on photobucket to fit the full pic into the size for these pages?

i did click resize then tryed them all up to small 160x120 and its still the same when i preview my post :x :-?

nevermind ive sussed it, just dont save it as the same name!! :bonkers:
