How do you make images smaller so i can upload them...?

I am trying to uplaod some pics of my car, the only problem is they are too big, 350kb. what do i need to download to make them smaller,

any help most appreciated,

Download a small free program - Mihov Image Resizer that will allow you to resize and change format of any pic. Do a search in google. :wink:
