Cutting your arch lips off completely is a start... Speak to IanFRST or SYRSMAD..

buy the wheels, and if they don't fit you WILL sell them at a profit, as they are in demand. After seeing IANFRST's today, I want a set. I'll buy them off you...
but try first...they llook GREAT on a festa

You'll never get them on a Zetec-S.

An Escort Cossie is ET23
A Fiesta Turbo is ET35, so already way off
A Zetec-S is ET43.5!!

So already they will stick out of the arches by nearly an inch, plus the fact that they are 2 inches wider than a Zetec-S wheel. The edge of the wheel is likely to be over 2 inches too far out of the arch to pass an MOT.

You could maybe do it by converting all the running gear to MK3, which is a bit of a backwards step, or machining the wheels to get the offset right. Not ideal as you'll weaken them too much.

thats not good news :(

do you think the esp arches would cover em ? with mabe a bit of machining on the rim aswell ?

if no joy it realy would be rude not to go for 17s or 18s
