How Low Can I Go ?

Ive got a set of 195/45/15's on my fester, i was wondering how much i can lower her til the tyres start rubbin. i dont wanna have to do any work on the arches.
i know fraz has lowered his 40mm and he gets small rubbin i was wondering wot springs i could use so i dont wear my tyres out?

I have the same size tyres as yours and have lowered 60mm with no arch work. I have yoko A538's. Gemax springs will drop it this much

it really comes down to luck, as you will find some fezzy's rub even at a 25mm drop and some wont rub as in the case of Andy at a massive 60mm drop.

Like Chumkilla said it is luck as it seems to vary from car to car. For what its worth I lowered mine 60mm on the same size tyres as yours and had no rubbing even with people in the back. I'd try the 35mm ones, especially for the money and if you want to go lower then you can at a later date.

my car looks slammed at the back now having fitted 40mm springs. i can just get my fingers between tyre and arch. It looks to vary depending on car.

I get no rubbing with a full car of people and ice install. My mate has 60mm drop as well..
It does seem to vary from car to car though.
