have looked at both a 2litre RST ZVH in my XR2 and just a plain 2litre zetec. Personally for the best reliability and drivability, best go for the NA Zetec - instant 150bhp but with throttle bodies a little head work and cams, should be good for 180bhp, nice!.

Can recommend my race mechanic MK1 Autos in Essex who specialise in this kind of transplant.

Anyway, check out http://www.jimhearne.co.uk/ for detail of the ZVH conversion or http://www.zetecinside.com for info the 2.0 zetec into a mk1. Both very good sites.
