As topic says?
Do you have to change front suspension?
Wot car should i get the engine out of?
How much trouble will it be to get in the car and wot is involved to do it?
Anyone who has done it IS IT WORTH IT???

If you let me have e-mail address I can mail you the article I wrote that describes the whole procedure. You should also check out Mark Stewart's excellent site at

http://www.fiestaprojects.com/

From Si to 2.0 all you need is a Mondeo 2.0 engine, ideally a Zetec E which is the one that says DOHC on the cam cover. Zetec R can also be done but not quite so simple a project. You will also need a number of bits off your current Si engine--water pump, sump, dipstick, inlet manifold etc.

There are no suspension mods and the Si box bolts straight on.

Go for it the difference is welllllllll worth the effort. My swap took me about 4 days all in BTW and that was mostly on my own.

Expect to pay around £400 for a good Mondeo unit from a scrappie
