Hello all am doing a T3 conversion at the moment and rang up Ford the following parts and got quoted the following

Escort RS Turbo oil return drain pipe (metal pipe with flanged fitting) £48!
Escort RS Turbo oil return elbow pipe (rubber pipe with slight bend) (FINIS: 1640090 £9.95+vat) £36!

I see it says it should cost 9.95? where is this from?

is this the normal rate or am i being stitched up?

Simple solution .................. Don't go to FORD.

Goto a hydraulic place they should be able to sort you out with, fittings, braded hoses the lot at a fraction of the price that Ford will.

Just try the Yellow pages http://www.yell.com for a hydraulics place in your area.
