how much to convert 2.0 to a 2.1 turbo?

how much would it cost roughly to make my 2.0 a 2.1 turbo making bout 300-400bhp? who would be the best person to do it? ive heard ian howell is good.

Ian Howell certainly is good, and has tried and tested lots of things, so knows what's best. He charges £3.6k for his 2.1ZT for the engine and turbo.

I don't know what sort of spec he'd be building it for, but 250bhp ought to be guaranteed. I think Ian may be taking a bit of a break from engine building for now, but plans to be back in 2005. That may be incorrect.
