How Solid is the Zetec-S 1.6 Engine?

Can someone give me some advise please!

How much can you tune a Zetec-S 1.6 engine before having to strengthen and uprate internals?

I think around 160bhp or am i wrong in thinking that?

can anyone list the parts that would need to be reworked/upgraded?

I mean im running atleast 140bhp (turbo conversion) i wana change the cam's and add a intercooler proberly a GRS custom one would i be running too much power for the engine to remain reliable and safe [ERRR] i dont want oil leaks for a month before it decides to pop while im 500miles away from home...

From other posts i assume GRS are the best intercoolers to get so im set on one of those, but im a little lost on cam's the normal fast road piper cams are 276o would these be suitable for turbo application or would i need different spec cams? How do you work out which is the best profiled cams for a turbo conversion?
