How to fit a chargecooler?
As title, just got myself one for the Fiesta so the stock jobbie can be filed away in the roof of the garage
Never argue with an idiot. They'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

all i remember is the water reservior should be the highest point, bottom of reservior to pump (which is connected to positive terminal of coil) pump to bottom of pre-rad, then to bottom of chargecooler, then to top of reservior! make sure theres a good amount of water in the reservior.
put a bit of anti-freeze into the mixture too. pour in the water slowly, forgot how to avoid/get rid of air in the system
this was the way my old setup worked but wasnt a pace tho, cant be too different.

pull the return pipe off the reservoir and put it low as possible fill the reservoir untill water starts coming out, at this point your assistant should put theyre thumb over the end of the pipe and push it back on the reservoir, should elliminate most of the air
