How to make the rear wiper sit in the centre like the front

why would you want to do this mate? surely you want it to be a subtle and as discreet as possible as they look w.ank

Move the motor spindle to the lock hole and get a suitable arm, e.g. Pug106. Then it's just a matter of getting a custom fabricated arm to adjust the centre position.

Ummm...
