how to correctly Mount it?
I've got cuts when turning for more pressure!!! mine is an ofac (new ecu, old ofab) and without using the overboost sensor, or leaving it without hoses, it cuts when pressure increase...
somebody helps me?

what pressure are you trying to boost mate? without a chip the ecu will cut fueling if the boost is raised to much above standard

the problem is that... so if I'll Mount a superchips 195 bhp with manual boost controller and beige injectors (i've already got a frontmount intercooler) it will not give me problems?
but do you know how to Mount it? the overboost sensor still not have anymore hoses in? I've got also k&n air filter with no box...

on my current setup i have a 165 chip and can adjust the actuator to run 12psi without hitting fuel cut no problem, what boost are you looking to run?

I'm looking for 0,8-1 bar but the problem now is that without chip it cuts also at 0,5! I've got a electric boost gauge and when the manual boost controller is closed, it cuts however.
anyone could tell me the instructions to install properly the manual boost controller?
mine is installed with an hose from actuator than a T piece that goes one to compressor housing and one to manual boost controller and the second tube of the controller is free... no hoses to the overboost sensor... is it right?

It should be from the compressure housing into the boost controler out the othereside of the boost controler into the actuator

Why have you got a t-piece? Where does the pipes go from the t-piece?

Theres a t piece for the feed to the amal valve. Personally i wouldnt use a bleed valve to wind up the boost, id adjust the threaded rod on the actuator, along with a chip of coarse to prevent fuel cut

one to compressor housing the second to the amal valve...
I've got a t2 with standard actuator... and I haven't already mounted the chip cause I'm waiting for beige injectors to arrive.
ps
I've done the head work the last month but now when the temperature rise and the fan work, turning off the car, I heard bubbles sound from the thermostat housing and opening the water tank cover I could hear the same sound and a lot of heat air.... somebody knows?

The bubbles etc could just be an air lock. As said above manual boost controllers are dangerous. Get a chip get beiges and either a uprated actuator or actuator wound in personally I would get a uprated one and then get a set up. Winding the boost up without adequate fueling is not good because your mixture is incorrect even if it is just for traffic light grand prix's

hihihi, not so bad... hhihi
ok, I've mounted a egt and a stechio gauges... so I could control the air/fuel ratio and also the working conditions of engine.
but ok, I'm waiting for the beige, then I'll replace the blue ones and try to make my best air/fuel ratio with a bar boost pressure with 195 bhp superchips chip.
ps
the air lock how could be erased?

Well to remove the airbubbles let the engine work till the radiator fans start working, and with the heater on inside the car, squeeze the radiator and heater matrix hoses 6-7 times. If there are air bubbles they will go to the highest point of the thermostat housing, the small top hose of the housing that goes back to the expansion tank. This small hose is the overflow hose and also is used for bleeding the coolant system.Something I read very often is to let the engine run with the expansion tank cup off. This is not right. From what we know from physics, the water boils on 100C at atmospheric pressure.Since engines get hot,the water gets hot,and when it boils pockets of air are created and topically the temperature gets really high creating fatigue to the metals and especially on joints that have gaskets. This is the reason that the cooling system is sealed,it is pressurized, and in that way we raise the boiling point of water...

Regarding the air-fuel gauge,I guess you bought a wide band gauge...only them are accurate on their readings.

When you swapped from 0FAB to 0FAC did you also swap to the correct MAP sensor?

I've to ask to my friend that made all works.. otherwise, there is a code I can find out the difference? and the map sensor is the one located behind the inlet manifold looking to the right?
