i got no new brakes yet but i will go for rs2000 or cossie brakes, whatever i find in good condition and for a good price. i already know how to fit them but i was wondering about the master cylinder and break booster ( :-? is that the correct word in english :-? ). so what to i need to change to those 2 parts if i just wanna change at the front and what if i wanna change at the front and back????

Right then, if you put cossie brakes up the front, and leave the drums on the rear for the time being, you will still have good breaks better then standard. But if you change the rear to disks, all of the braking will go rubbish, so what i did was, change the Master Cylinder and servo (Brake booster) for Mk5 Escort Items. My brakes are now stunning, and i reccomend it as a mod to anyone. The fiesta master cylinder is like a pee-shooter.

no a few mods are needed, the escort brackets that bolt onto the servo, need re-drilling, to match the fiesta bulkhead, (stud offset) Plus the shaft that goes through to brake pedal, i also had to get off a MK5 Escort, but your car i would imagine is a left hand drive, so i don't know what type of setup is on your car, i would have thought your brake pedal is connected directly into the back of your servo. Where as the right hand drives have a shaft running right across the bulkhead. That would be something you would need to look at.
