I want my XR2i Turbo Project.....

Postby JonesyRS1800 on Thu Sep 14, 2006 9:49 pm

Got an immaculate XR2i in my garage with low mileage that I wanna turbo up.
I thought it was just a matter of head, cams turbo, downpipe and ECU, but now im hearing about pistons injectors etc - so thats basically the whole engine!?!?!

So basically I have a minter of a CVH ----- but without MAJOR hardship I cant really turn it into a monster?

Help???

:-?

So basically all I can salvage from my old CVH is the bloody head, fuel rail inc. injectors? That sucks!

If it really is a minter then sell it and put some extra funds in and go and hunto yourslef out a FRST. There are still a few good cars left out there.

You will save money in th elong run and be left with a car that's easier to insure and worth more come sale time
