Whoops, forgot! lol No guide really, as I let Steve do it for me  Just take old calipers off, old discs off...put new discs on, new calipers on, and bleed! :D Brakes are much much better. Proper power, feel and bite from them now, very glad, well worth the cash! Great at stopping from high speeds, and have saved the legs of a woman in town who decided to try and cross the road just as I was setting off from the lights as they turned green! :o

the crossmember is bolt-off bolt-on, with the exception of cutting/filing a groove in a lock nut, but i imagine u might be able to get a thread off the donor car by either taking the wishbone carrier or the captive nut out (not sure if that is poss)

ARB i havent done, but is pretty much the same, except check for threaded mounting on your upper wichbone carrier and bolt-hole on mid point of shock. Worth replacing the bushes when u put ARB on.

I only have crossmember - every little helps.
