idle

Hi.

When started up from cold it should be over 1000 rpm, when the engine has warmed up enough, it should drop just below 1000 rpm - approx 900 rpm.

daz.

When you first start it, the engine will idle faster as the ISCV is open, once it has warmed up the idle will drop back. 850-900 is normal once warm.

turbonetic you could reset the base idle, its all in the haynes manual.
