T2 then.
Pulls from lower revs and if it's a hybrid like mine has loads of power up until about 110mph. Then it kinda dies where a T3 wouldnt be breaking into a sweat
T2 will still get u too 130-140 though with a little extra boost

howeva if i was to go 4 the t3 route (if) hoo is willing to help me do the conversion or should i just go to scc performance

Go T3 mate, i done mine myself.. but
Unless you can weld, or know someone that can weld you will be stuck with the downpipe mate.
you will need to either use an ERST intercooler or get a new one, i recommend a new one as the standard items are not great
