Do you have a remote boot release? I had my boot smoothed on my Zetec S. Needs to be welded tbh. Filler will be no good.

Front grill can be replaced with a phase 1 zetec s grill. mainly W and X reg. its steel mesh and the badge come off. You may be able to swap the surround too. later zetec s grills are plastic like yours is.

To detango your lights you need to remove the metal clips from around the glass and heat the glue up holding the glass to the headlight with a hairdryer. use a screwdriver to carefully pull them apart. the orange tint is just clipped in. Reheat the glue up to join back together. may need a bit of silicone sealant over the seam to make them watertight.

As for other things, you should be able to pick some Zetec s bumpers, spoiler and skirts cheap enough

take alook in the project threads section of the main board, look for inspiration from mk5 owners like Mada and Dontpannic

but to be honest this sint the best forum for mk5 as its mainly mk3 fiesta's based here
