Right i won this of ebay the other week.

im having trouble figuring how to fit it to my MK 3.5 si.

Any ideas? (ignore the dodgey rocker cover, working progress you will see soon :wink: )

From what I see from the pictures you are making a mistake. Tho cold air feed pipe must point directly to the filter element. If you plug the pipe to the pipe coming from the filter after the filtering element you will be leting a lot of dirt to get in your engine and it will last a lot less than it is ment to last.

You have to conect the MAF between the air filter and the samco pipe and then conect the pipe to the inlet manifold.

As far as I know you should block the black pipe coming from the filter because it looks like it was used for some sort of recirculation.

From the shape on the hose i would say that its designed for a Zetec-S/SE engine.

You're best off just attaching the induction cone to the standard hose (that goes over the engine) and not using the Samco.

Where you have attached the CAF is where you should place your MAF sensor that you take out of the stock airbox and the other bit is for your oil breather hose, which again is something you disconnect from the stock Zetec-S airbox

In short, you have got the wrong kit.
