Induction kit

Can someone tell me about induction kits on an si as well?

CUz im used to carbs.

Do i need a cold air feed?
Will i get all i need in the kit?
What does the kit consist of?
What size is the filter?
What do i do with the filter, do i conect it then put it back in that black box, or jus dump the black box etc?

Someone please help.

will be fine without but a cold feed would be better

Will i get all i need in the kit?

if you get say a K and N you will but some cheap ones miss clips and brackets but easy to DIY fit

What does the kit consist of?

Cone filter, hose, bracket, filter oil?

What size is the filter?

85mm if i remeber correctly

What do i do with the filter, do i conect it then put it back in that black box, or jus dump the black box etc?

Im jus used to carbs, its my first injection, never needed to know bout them b4, lol!
