the 130ps inlet has bigger ports so flows better than the 105ps item

so is that all the way through manifold and is there any effective way of freeing up the flow (enlarging the ports?) to a similar spec?

there is no way you could port the entire manifold due to the curves etc.

also the ports should all be equal to ensure even air to each cylinder which simply could not be done by porting a manifold as you are thinking.

The 130 (HO) version from the outside is obviously a larger casting so even if you could port the SO one out by the time you had finished there would either be holes in it or the walls would be a s thick as tracing paper.
Those that can, do; and those that can't, talk about it.
