Just the plenum, or runners too?
You mean in regards to mapping or sensor locations ect?

Re: Inlet plenum
basically. its an s1600 1.6 rally puma inlet plenum. I have to have the puma branches cut back and plated onto the plenum. Obviously its not going to have the same capacity as a standard item nor a racing puma manifold.
I assume that the icv sensors can just be bolted to it and recalibrated, it wont need a seperate chamber?

Re: Inlet plenum
I say this not knowing the Puma ecu code, but I would expect there to be a manifold volume parameter that will need altering. The ecu uses this for the transient fuel calculations. If this isn't there then there will be some manifold filling constants/factors instead.

yea there is an inlet volume catagory. Its 3.(something) litres. I think its a case of putting it on and weeing what effect it has.

Re: Inlet plenum
It's a pity that your new plenum is already fitted as you could measure the difference between old and new and make the adjustment as required. That said, the volume parameter covers all the volume from MAF to inlet valve so any induction system changes post MAF need to be taken into account.
PS the AIR_MAN_VOL parameter is a bit of an oddball one, the units are metric (i.e. litres) whilst all the other eec parameters are in imperial
