Insurers which don't mind alloys (only mod!)

Postby xiphon on Mon Jan 22, 2007 4:53 pm

Before you all point me at the huuuge list of Insurers (which I've already been to, and rang several of)...

..... does anyone know of any "Big Name" insurers (Admiral, Endsleigh, etc) which don't mind Alloys - with the rest of the car [Mk3.5 1.3 Fiesta Classic] being standard?

Loads say they don't mind after the age of 25 - but that's about 2 years away!

Adrian Flux quoted me £1.1K - I only pay £350 at the moment - so I politely told them where to insert their quote

Anyone else in the same position as me?

Cheers,

:o :o :o :o :o

I'm only 21 and have 2 accidents and they quoted me 1000 if I put a 2.0 zetec in my Si.

Anyway, Elephant and Endsleigh i used with my LX with alloys on, as they were the cheapest.
