how do you insure them, do you tell them the specific parts? or the the bhp figures? just wondering as my mate rung up tesco's and asked about 1.1-1.4 on his renault they said we need to know the difference in bhp from the 1.1 engine to the 1.4 engine, and work it out from there. is this normal?

make sure the dvla no about the engine change and thel send you a new log book, when u type in in ur reg number on the insurance thingy it will then come up as a 1.4, I THINK

i found this with tesco aswell but i dint know the BHP, the stupid thing is they have the information. :-?
