I'm looking at hopefully 180-190 bhp.
16 psi I guess ?
Standard head though :o

I like the look of the GRS motorsport intercoolers, thay give good results to

Kinda don't want to get something in front of the whole rad,
overheating problems enough for the mo ;)

other I/C will cope with that boost no problem.......try a cossie I/C ;) or you could get your money out and get a chargecooler

Fezzy Turbo - How hard is it to fit a cossy intercooler into a FRST are you on about the 4*4 one or the 2 wheel drive one, what mods need to be done? It would be nice if the RS500 one would fit in a fezzy!! :D

A cossie one will need a lot of mods to your bumper....like cutting bits out. Use your imagination ;)
