Ipod FM Transmitters...New 'charger' Anodised Metal type

Postby Nutti Adam on Thu Mar 19, 2009 5:42 pm

A no frills way of connecting your Ipod to the stereo, adjust the frequency and tune in lol :)

(All come with full instructions)

Plug one in, it brings up it's own screen on the ipod, set it then it's done. Has 6 memory slots for frequencies as well.

They need to be kept near the head unit for the best sound but can be passed round the car easily.

You can use an in-car charger only with the black ones if you have a charging setup.

Works with any Ipod that has the normal dock connection, apparently only has glitches with the 1st gen Ipods. All nano's, touch, video etc. are fine.

All come boxed.

No...

Only official stuff out there is stupidly expensive. Belkin probably the closest you'll get to Apple and they're £15-20 minimum from what I've seen.

Great for what they are these things. :D

Will update original post as & when but have a new type in now, they're anodised metal not plastic only difference is they don't have different memory slots for frequencies but will store one...

Image

Can stil plug charger in the bottom and seem bit more hard wearing, slightly better all round reception being metal (no scientific backing )

Only got Black in stock right now, but can get most colours if requested. Definitely red, blue, white, green etc.
