What the diff between the two of them, and how can i telll what ive got.
(Apart from the reg of the car)

you can tell the difference by looking on the bottom of the ECU IIRC...but it could be on the side...it's on the ECU either way...

as for what is better...well that could be discussed at length

as said, it should be on the ecu, theres sometimes a sticker on the bottom, if not remove the ecu & look at the sticker on the top.

for a quick ref, the ofab map sensor looks like this,
Image there has been balls ups with wrong ecu's/map sensors fitted, so its not the best way of telling!
