Issue With Helix Organic Clutch

Can anyone help or advise what's gone wrong here please?

Fiesta turbo, standard gearbox.

Bought helix organic full clutch kit. Fitted and now the car creeps, crawls along with foot fully depressed on clutch pedal. Adjusted it up but soon looses adjustment. Had new cable fit too.

Was fine before hand. Clutch just started to slip.

Sounds like you need to adjust the cable at the ratchet in the footwell as the cable is too loose/tight not fully disengaging the clutch when the pedal is pressed

Hi, thank you. Already done and fit a brand new cable.

ratchet is in good health and car was perfect with o/e clutch

you can swap it out for a manual adjust one from an escort mk6/7 I think.
