Did anyones insurance premium go up when they fitted cossie / bigger brake set ups, and informed their insurance company.

should go down if anything, cos they make ur car safer, can stop quicker, therefore avoid more accidents.............but knowin insurance companies they'll say summat like they'll encourage u to drive faster, take more risks, or they'll get stolen, so they'll probably wanna put yer premium up........ :x

you will be looking at a 5% increase in most cases ( thats if your insurance company will even entertain you, some wont so ask before you do any mod) this is regardless wether you just fit replacement grooved disks or a monster ap racing setup
