Just a Suggestion

Had an idea that maybe for the gallery, it could be layed out in thumbnail's...reduce scrolling alot if you have lots of piccys...click a pic and obviosuly opens up enlarged.

and maybe for when you edit your gallery, like wen i delte pics it would be easier to have check boxes so you didnt have to do one pic at a time..

i know this is probably quite hard to do and Ade might not hav much time on his hands but just an idea :)

Cheers,

ade :D

The gallery was just a quick fix kinda thing, Ade wrote the upload script, dont think he will be changing it anytime soon. But im sure has started work on ft.com v3 which has lots of new features planned. Probaly best using :-

That way you can make folders and have thumbnails

It's easy to implement thumbnailing but its very server intensive if done on the fly (each image has to be loaded up and resized). Maintaining a cache of thumbnails would be do-able I guess, but Ade's busy with FT3 at the moment and hence unlikely to implement this for this version of FT.
Nothing to see here...
