Nice weave. I'd personally paint the central, underlying part of the roof black, make it look slightly more OE.

Should get my money back pretty quickly looking at the cost of the book

So picked up my 2.0 from the For-Tune peeps this afternoon, then went on to Mixon's house and picked up a dash (I have plans for that  )

My self imposed wheel buying ban is over :bonkers: :bonkers:

4x Xr2i alloys and tyres for £16 from good old e-bay,
keeping the set of road tyres on these just incase I wake up on a track day morning
and its raining   :(

No more progress until the weekend now guys, I'm to busy at work for a couple of days

Thats what i was planning to do with my 2i before i sold it, oil cooler one side, and number plate the other side, where the fogs would be. Then cut holes where the number plate used to be :aviator:

Come up with something I havn't thought of already please guys :P

Lights will be removed for track days, oil cooler will be in when the engine swap happens

I really can't see the roof cracking, the main strength of the roof from the factory remains,
its not rivoted or bolted on so it does have a certain amount of flex,
but as I have said before, this is the first one to be done so nobody knows
for sure what will happen :D :D

Believe me the roofs are mega strong...

If it cracks il give the victim my car im that confident it wont crack!!!

I stupidy walked into the garage and stodd on the card wrapped carbon roof the other day did it crack mark or scratch

NOPE! SO if it takes 11 half stone on top it wont crack.... 180mph il let you know on that one :-?
