There's an off-cut clipped over the top to protect it from the cutout in the pannel

Ah I see!
Where is your dipstick? My PAS pipe and dipstick seem to want to be in the same place!

Removed it temporarily so I can cut the FRS heatshield around it. There should be a tab on the pas pipe that shares the same stud as the dipstick.

Re: Project "K80" ZT - Front Engine Mount (23/04)
A bit of a rare item on a converted Zetec Fiesta but it's not too difficult to fit, just very fiddly!
Just to recap, The chassis already had exactly the same holes for the mount but no captive nuts ready for it. I also welded in the 2-bolt wing bracket before the engine went in. All the bolts are OEM.
First of all, a longer spanner is required and some M10 nyloc nuts:
Using this new contraption, find the large(ish) oval hole between the 2 bumper mounting holes. Shove it in and line it up with a bolt hole.
First bolt in:
All 5 bolts in:
And one engine mount almost fitted... I lost the 3 bolts to the engine

It's not particularly difficult, just very fiddly and requires patience. Think of it as keyhole surgery

Re: Project "K80" ZT - Front Engine Mount (23/04)
I've been waiting for that I had some, then started the job and forgot... Wasn't taking the bolts back out that I'd done, and it's quite awkward to try and get those lined up as well. Id I had to do it again I'd find a way, but it's in now and it's not worth changing- Danny Boy - :You're missing washers...

Re: Project "K80" ZT - Not Much (01/05)
The cooler just had some welding to beef up the bottom brackets as I bent them slightly and they were cracking a bit. Don't think I'm even going to use them though - just wedge it in!
The rad needed the turbo take-off welding up
I'm actually dealing with Paul and he is great, hasn't replied today though and I was hoping to pay up so they can send them ASAP. Might have to be made though as I want OE Black without logos (apart from on one pipe!)

off ebay, they're listed as VW items but they still fit. I just had to buy 2 extra ball-stud bolts and some nuts

If I could find someone to "MOT" it in time it would be there! Turbo & Manifold come back next Wednesday, hopefully have the car back on all 4 wheels by the end of the weekend ready to go.
