This has to be the best Ka in the country?
I love the style and work you have done to it. The rev counter looks good in the vent hole. I love that you brought it back from being broken. Its good it didn't just get broken up.
I bet you supirse a few boy racers lol
Very good job

Good picture! Looks kinda cartoony....apart from your very un-comic like face.

I have to say she looks really good on track mate.
Whats the handling like on the limit?? Apart from the obviouse power understeer do you get much lift off oversteer being as its such a short wheelbase???

it handles really really well as the day went on i was trying harder and pushing it harder and it wouldnt let go, even with rubbish tyres, once i get some quality tyres and fit the diff im shore it'll go even faster
no lift off oversteer mate just alot of understeer as you accelerate out of the tight corners

how do you mean was it ok after the day?
the car or the whole day itself
car was fine got me home and is now tucked away covered up wairting for a few mods before next track day, the day was awesome weather held off 80% of the day and the track was busy all day!

Re: Ka Turbo- 6/9/08 ka gets let loose at castle combe!!!!
Wow, sitting at home a bit board and thought id see if i could find some old pics of me old KA.
Cant belive i found this threat and to find out what the little KA's been up to over the years, sounds like i dont know the half of it?
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but does anyone know where KSL is now, i loved this car and would love even more to see it again.
Got goose bumps writing this, how sad am I?
Thanks, Blakey

Re: Ka Turbo- 6/9/08 ka gets let loose at castle combe!!!!
What intercooler are you running? Would a uprated one atleast not be highly worth it although looking at the bumper you can't get much air flow so surely a FMIC would majorly help in you quest for power?
Also I find it strange that you all rate the t2 so badly I had a 2nd hand one of a guy on here (can't remember his name :/ ) and that run between 16-21 psi for around a year with no problems altho I have turned it down now as I realised my car wasn't chipped so wouldn't of been putting the correct fuel in but I had it checked by a friend a few times and it was said to hold the high boost fine, although I will also be going hybrid over a t3 as I don't think the way they drive on t3's is very good too patty for me il put up with less power at 7k
The ka looks smart as funk mate very cool been trying to convince my mate (well into vauxhalls) too build a RS powered ka this might be the turn point for him

I dont have a FMIC just a chargecooler and my engine is dynoed at 200bhp so you should be alright.
Do it!
