knocking from new suspension?

i recently had a brand new G-max supersport suspension kit fitted by an experienced mechanic so wasn't expecting nething to go wrong, but have now got a double knocking sound coming from mainly the front two wheneva i go over a slight bump in the road. Could it be that the coils are sliping out of place? What else could it be? And would i have to take the whole suspension back off?

hope someone can help. :(

All i can think of is that the spring cups etc. that you transfer from the old shocks may have been put on in the wrong sequence maybe causing something to not be seated properly, just a thought :-?

suspension

as above when i put my mates on they didnt seat properly we took em off put em back on and he didnt have any more problems. just check everything lines up and that it is all tightened up correctly
