Knocking on Gmax rear suspension

Does anyone else get it? Get the odd knocking noise, not rhythmic or speed-related, just over some jolts. Am wondering if the bottom end is tight enough :-?

Had a look at mine today, the bolts still had SOME room for tightening, but they were properly tight. No idea, another mystery noise I suppose. The rubbing at the front annoys me, on bumps and certain corners etc, but it seems that's just what they do. Tyres against liners, so nothing bad, but I'd really rather they didn't :x

Came to undo the rear locking nut, they're the worst design the Ford ones  No decent length on the studs to purchase, and it finally let go. Modded the nut key to get more length on the little studs and got the nut out, it's knackered for good though. Do Ford make single locking nuts up?
