Light Steering at Speed

Postby D.J on Thu May 31, 2007 8:14 am

Since fitting my bigger disks and calipers, i have noticed the steering goes a wee bit light at speed (70mph ish).

The disks have been spaced off using spacer disks (its a Puma, so the disks need to be spaced rather than the caliper). However, one side has had to spaced by 4mm, and the other by 3.5mm. Surely this can't be the cause of the problem?

I have thought about getting the tracking checked and the tyres balanced again to try and rule them out.

Any suggestions?
