Lookin for personal opinions on different mods

Alright everybody new to the site own a j plate red frst totally standard apart from magnex system dump valve boost guage and controller.

Im lookin for peoples opinions on the cossie disc/caliper mod and what master cylinder u recomend usin. Also lookin for opinions on polyurethane bushes, coilovers and spring and damper types whats better. The rear beam mods which one is better focus or zetec S whats the difference and how much work is involved fitting either of them?

Ive got my fiesta off the road and lookin to get stuck in over the next six or so months to get it pretty much spot on im lookin for somewhere to rebuild my engine nothin fancy lookin for a reliable 160 - 170 bhp recommendations appreciated. Thats for later on though just now concentrating on the chassis and bodywork so if uve got any ideas or suggestions feel free to share them.

My recommendations are from what i have used on my own FRST....

Spax PSX suspension
Poly bushes on anti-roll bars only
front and rear strut braces
Greg : Owner of a FRST for 14yrs

2009 FRS2 : 377bhp ATW / 395lb/ft :)
1990 FRST : Sold.
