Loud exhaust ?

Postby 95 Fiesta SI on Mon Mar 21, 2005 11:00 pm

Hi looking for a replacement for my magnex backbox as it seems really quiet. Looking for something with a nice roar to it, but not so that it sounds like the exhausts blowing or something that sounds tiny. Can anyone recommend any brands ?, Ive heard that Rage sound good ?

Get a cat-back system not just a back box because it gives a deeper, throaty roar.

I've got a Magnex 4" round exit cat-back system, now i know it isn't the loudest system you can buy, but its the quality of sound that's so good.

If you go somewhere like Powerflow, you can get a customised exhaust system and even choose the exhaust note.

tell u what u need to do, keep ur exhaust, the magnex one, the sound quality is good, but because u want it a bit louder, go to powerflow or even a welding garage or a welder, have one or more of ur silencers removed (, most likely before the cat) and then listen to it then, ull love it, and will cost about £20 to do!
