Lower arms - Rose joints

Postby climbingmike on Tue Jan 16, 2007 11:55 am

Hi

I am looking to up rate the ball joints on the lower arms of my 2.0l XR2i. I have seen posts on here about fizzy lower arms, which use rose joints, which give you adjustable camber. I don’t want to get these arms because I have just fitted a complete set of power flex poly bushes. Does any one know ware I can buy just the rose joints? I have tried e-mailing the guy how sells the lower arms but it was bounced back???

Thanks
Mike

You can buy rose jointed arms from zoo motorsport.

Rose joints arent a fit and forget item though and do need replacing at regular items.

This that because there aren’t sealed very well and road dirt gets into them and degrades the joint?

If this is the case what should I do to get ride of torque steer :-?

You can get some with covers but even then you'll probably have to replace the rose joints every year.
