fitting uprated shocks would help the handling of the car a lot.

although if your gonna buy shocks and springs why not buy a comple set, spax, g-max like that would be better than putting si shocks on your fez.

i dont think zetec s shocks will go on a mk3 - someone prove me wrong but i think they are different.

I doubt youd find some shocks from a written off z-s, its a long shot.
Si shockers, well the 1.6 si ones are slightly uprated i think, and if you got some cheap it wouldnt harm handling, aslong as they werent nackered ofcourse.

Overall, youre best bet in the long run would be to get a matched spring/shock set from Gmax or Pi for around 200 quid, which would include slightly shortened dampers that are right for the springs. no worried about dampers bottoming out or spring dislocation like you get with just springs on stock shockers.

wouldnt get suspension from a right off!
obviously there are some right offs that are almost fine but cars with collision damage 90%of the time will damage the suspension in some shape or form
