lowering my car

i have some 15" wheels on my fessy mk3 had to fit 5mm and i think 20/25 mm spacers for the wheels not to scrape but they r fine now but if i lower it will it fob up again as i can fit no more than 25 mm spacers or the wheels wont tighten..
