Got a 1.4SI (L '94) with some valbrem 16"ers on it. I wanna lower it but dont know how much i can go without a lot of scraping on the wheels when i go over bumps or have a car load full to the brim with ladies!

Any suggestions? and how far do i cut the arches back?
