LSD gearbox.

How can I tell if my FRST has a LSD gearbox?

with the gearbox fitted ? jack both front wheels off the ground, put the car in neutral .get someone to hold one of the wheels. try turning the other wheel ,if it turns freely its a open diff if not its a lsd :)

If however you have an aftermarket torsen diff, it'll feel like an open diff as a certain amount of torque is required on both wheels to lock the diff up. :wink:

or you could just jack up one side and see if it turns freely :bonkers:

both wheels will turn the same way if its a lsd and opposite ways if not
