ive made a big mistake, i have a FRST with a clifford 300 alarm(yes i know their pump!!!!!!)

and the alrm was going mad so i took the motion sensor off it and it was still diong it, so i cut the wires going to the speaker?alrm thing under the boot, i was gonna put a switch on the speaker but when i tried to put it back on nothing worked!

so i re attatched the wires and still nothing, there isnt even any power geting through the wires??? ive buggerd it up big style cant even lock the car!!!! aaaarrrrrgggggghhhhh!!!

i was gonna take the whole thing off and get a new one but no money at the min and i need it working as it wond even start???

is there some sort of tamper thing on it or something how do i get it working again??? any idea?????

i dont know much about alarms but it sounds like you may have triggered some kind of anti tamper thing when you cut the speaker wires

think about it if you were going to rob a car and you knew it had an alarm what would the first thing you would do
cut the lines to the siren so even if it does goe off no ones gonna hear it

Sounds like you've made a complete Horlicks out of your alarm mate. I think it's Heeman on here who is a dab hand with Cliffords. Might be best dropping him a PM

when you cut the wire you blew the 5 amp fuse that feeds and runs the alarm

simple as
MotorcyclesFish :The thing is if I caught Brian fudgekin a bloke, I wouldn't think 'oh Brian's a gay', I'd think 'Brian that fudgekin weird haired mongoloid is raping a gay to see if anyone finds it funny'
