what do i need to make a charge cooler setup?

i would have the chargecooler core...

nothing else tho!

would be using the escort cosworth chargecooler and intercooler setup!

some sort of water pump i imagine, a water cooling radiator, usually very thin and long, not sure what else you would need, why not hunt on t'internet and find somewhere that sells a charge cool kit and states 'what you get for your money in the kit'. You get a good idea then.
Also, certain cars came standard with a chargecooler, so another internet hunt may help you out there for cheap parts

sorry to butt in but i was wondering what sort of volume of water should be in the chargecooler system? Do you need a large header tank?
